The Old Barn in St Just, Cornwall sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for eight guests, a utility with fridge and washer/dryer and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove (starter pack of logs provided). The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a twin (3ft beds) and a single with pull-out trundle, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, an additional raised patio with furniture and fire pit, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The property is accessed via a farm track, please consider this when booking. Note: Steep drops in the garden, please ensure children are supervised. Note: There are steps in the garden without a handrail: please take care

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
