Coombe Cottage in Goldenbank, Cornwall sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Coombe Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a Smart TV, books and games, dining seating for four, a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot (please bring your own bedding), highchair and stairgate available upon request. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn, picnic bench, and designated, off-road parking for one car, plus several unreserved spaces nearby. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
