This converted barn is situated near the Cornish town of Penzance and can sleep three people in two bedrooms Boars House is a character-filled barn conversion situated down a winding lane in the Cornish countryside just outside of Penzance. The barn sleeps three people and has one double bedroom and one single bedroom. There is a shower room, a kitchen and sitting area with French doors leading to the patio. Outside there is seating on the patio and a garden area. Peace and tranquillity but just a few miles from Penzance with amenities and beaches. Boars House is an excellent choice for a family or for a couple looking for a romantic countryside holiday.
Underfloor and oil fired central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer. TV, DVD. WiFi. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking on gravel behind property. South facing patio and garden area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 miles. Beach 5 miles. Penzance 3 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
