Cobble Cottage is a lovely terraced cottage situated in the village of Boscastle, just four miles from Tintagel in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep five people in two double bedrooms and one single, together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire. Outside is a private patio with furniture and parking is available in a chargeable public car park 200 yards away. Cobble Cottage is an ideal cottage for a peaceful getaway in a lovely part of the country.
Electric storage heaters with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Load/unload outside cottage only. Parking available in chargeable public car park 200 yards from cottage. Private patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Patio accessed up three steep flights of steps and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Open tread stairs to bedrooms and bathroom.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
