Beach Haven rests in Perranporth, sleeping eight people in four bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee machine, a sitting room with Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, DVD player, DAB radio, and balcony, and a utility with washing machine and drying cabinet. There are two ground-floor king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor 2’6 twin with zip/link, and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with patio and furniture, balcony with seating, as well as private off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome (charge for second dog). Note: A welcome pack and doggy extras are provided. Note: Work from home station available, please request upon booking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
