Swallow Cottage is a marvellous, detached cottage resting on a farm in Trewetha near Port Isaac, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. This property is reverse-level, with a ground-floor double, ground-floor twin and ground-floor shower room, along with a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and Juliet balcony. Outside there is a balcony with furniture, a rear lawn with furniture and designated parking places for two cars. There is oil central heating throughout the cottage. The kitchen hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is a TV. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen in included. Highchair and travel cot are available. Two well-behaved pets are allowed. Apologies, no smoking. The shop rests 0.5 miles away, the pub and beach rest 0.8 miles away. Please note that the property is on a working farm. There is a laundry room on-site with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. The rear lawn also is not enclosed. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
