Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (except beach towels). Parking space at the front of the property and garage parking at the rear of the property accessed via a private lane off Tintagel Terrace. Outside decking area (seats 4) with furniture, garden. Sorry, no pets. No smoking. Shop, beach and pub <1 mile. Note; There are hypoallergenic feather pillows on both the double beds as standard and synthetic on the single, there are 4 spare synthetic pillows under the single bed if ever needed, please inform JB if they need changing prior to your stay
