Complete with an on-site restaurant in the unspoiled Cornish valley. Off-road parking is available for one car on a steep driveway. 9 Stonerush Valley is the place to be for those who enjoy the secluded countryside. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, fibre optic broadband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Guests need to bring their own woodburner fuel. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off-road parking for 1 car on a steep drive. Private decked terrace with hot tub. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub/restaurant on site 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony decked area and lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
