Home to two king-size bedrooms, one of which boasting an en-suite shower, this property can sleep up to four guests. The interior of the lodge is complete with a bathroom and an open-plan living space featuring a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is an enclosed wrap-around decking with a hot tub and outdoor seating, as well as ample off-road parking for guests.11 Lake View is a fantastic base from which to explore the very best of the Cornish countryside. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel Cot (No Mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off-road parking available. Enclosed wrap-around decking with hot tub and outdoor seating area. Sorry, no smoking & no pets. Shop 2.7 miles, pub 1.7 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Sloping parking bay and level parking opposite. Note: Gentle slope down to the lodge and one step up. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
