The Attic in Ruan Minor, Cornwall sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in this top-floor apartment consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and a living/dining room with dining seating for four guests and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin (zip/link, can be double on request), along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with barbecue and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 1.6 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. The Attic is a lovely getaway in Cornwall for a family or group of friends. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stairs which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: There are limited head heights throughout.

Note: The property is accessed via external and internal stairs. Note: Minimum short break at this property is a 3-night stay.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
