Hosting four bedrooms including two king-sizes with en-suite shower rooms, and two twin rooms along with a bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a TV and a conservatory. Outside, there is a large garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, table tennis, pond, annexe and a barbecue. Otterburn House offers all you need for a fantastic holiday to Cornwall. NO Stag or Hen Parties are accepted at this property.

Garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub and table tennis and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome (additional pets can be brought along by prior arrangement with owner). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 0.7 miles, beach 1.8 miles. Note: There is a pond in the garden, therefore children must be supervised at all times. Note: No Stag or Hen Parties are accepted at this property. Note: The Annexe with double bed available for booking at additional fee. Note: there are steps to access the front door of the house and there are steps between some rooms in the house. Note: the main staircase is a little steep.
