Scotch Hall Cottage in Trevor, Wrexham sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dining seating for six guests, and a sitting room with gas coal-effect fire and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front plus side gravelled area with picnic bench, as well as off-road parking in the pub car park close by. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub and please note that two small well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is a steep set of stairs leading to the first floor which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: This property is next to a canal, please ensure pets and children are supervised . Strictly no smoking including the porch area, any extra cleaning would incur costs, the property has a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond

Please note this is a strictly no smoking property including the porch area, as this would blow odour back into the property. This property does have a Good Housekeeping Bond, if any smoke odour is detected around the property and extra cleaning of soft finishing etc was needed, this would be likely to result in this would incurred costs for extra cleaning

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
