Kingfisher Chalet, Farndon, Cheshire, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living space for this raised chalet is open-plan, with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining seating for four and a sitting area with a TV. There are two king-size bedrooms with TVs and en-suite bathrooms with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a non-enclosed garden with mature trees and raised decking veranda with furniture and off-road parking for one car plus additional parking on field track for two cars. Within 0.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a river and please note this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent.Property accessed vie track through field, please bear this in mind when booking. Note: No children under 10. Note: Tap water is not drinkable.Please note as the 16 August 2024 CCTV camera will be in operation at the property - there will be one camera in place and points away from the property to the main entrance. Please Note: This property does not accept Stag, Hen or any other party related bookings.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
