This cottage rests on the fringes of Dalbeattie in Dumfries and Galloway and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Lintie Cottage is one of ten properties found in the town of Dalbeattie in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double and a double room with an en-suite shower room, plus a king-size bedroom which can be made into a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. An open-plan living space contains the kitchen, dining area and the sitting area. To the outside there is an enclosed garden with patio area and a hot tub and barbecue as well as off-road parking. Lintie cottage would make the perfect retreat for you and your family in south west Scotland. There is an additional hot tub charge of £60/stay.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchairs available on request. Off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 2.5 miles, pub within 2.3 miles. Please note: Due to the rural location the WiFi can be intermittent. Please note: Suffolk Cottage only accepts a minimum of 3 nights. Please note: If the hot tub is required there is an additional cost of £60, please contact Sykes if you wish to use the hot tub.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
