Cowgate cottage is a lovely three-storey cottage resting in Garlieston in Dumfries and Galloway and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Set across three levels and hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin and two second-floor doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, each with their own television, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher as well as a games room, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, whilst the central heating is provided by gas. Outside there is roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis and a garden with a lawned area, and a covered patio with furniture. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, linen and towels are all included in the price. Children under the age of five aren't permitted, however, two well-behaved pets are welcome. Please be mindful that there is no smoking allowed at the property. Cowgate Cottage is a superb base for an escape to Scotland.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
