Kilnmark Bothy near Moniaive, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a king-size (zip/link) wit woodburning stove, and a further king-size (zip/link), serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 5.7 miles and a pub in 5.6 miles. Enjoy a countryside retreat in Dumfries and Galloway at Kilnmark Bothy. Note: The garden is not enclosed and has a steep drop down to the road; please take care. Note: There are steps to the interior and exterior.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
