Newly refurbished, beautifully decorated and furnished; with gardens to front and rear ideal for a family holiday, walking, golfing, shooting or cycling. 3 double bedrooms, (2 king-size). Towels, linen, bathrobes and toiletries provided. Pantry essentials and well-equipped kitchen and utility. Secure off-road parking for 2 vehicles. The porch opens into a welcoming entrance hallway with a cosy log-burning stove, providing access to Bedroom 1, the living room, kitchen-diner, and staircase. Living room with woodburning stove, bright and cheerful with comfortable seating. Doorway to study. Bedroom 1: Ground-floor king-size with en-suite bath shower over, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Stairs lead to first-floor accommodation. Bedroom 2: King-size with shared bathroom. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom and a king-size, and a double, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a front non-enclosed garden with lawn and a rear non-enclosed garden with patio, lawn and bike storage. There is private, off-road parking for two cars through electric gates. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
