Argyle House in Rothesay can sleep twenty guests in eleven bedrooms. The living areas include a kitchen with gas range, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a living/dining room and two sitting rooms. The bedrooms in the main house include a family room with double and single with TV and en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, three doubles with TV and en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a twin with TV and en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC and a single with en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Within the annex the bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, two doubles and a single, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is roadside parking and a lawned garden with seating and hot tub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.3 miles there is a pub. Argle House is a spacious retreat on the Isle of Bute.

Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles, ferry 0.3 miles. Note: There are stone steps in the garden, please take care.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
