Kelpie is a family-friendly lodge resting on the bay in Craobh Haven near Ardfern, Argyll and Bute and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the all-ground-floor property includes an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four guests, and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a bunk bed, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a decking area overlooking the bay with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within 2.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4, a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is available on request. Kelpie offers a homely, rural retreat in the wilds of Argyll and Bute. Note: The decking may become slippery when wet, please take care. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
