This lovely holiday cottage is just a short walk away is a fine, family-friendly beach, perfect for paddling and swimming. A host of water sports are on offer, as well as golf and horse riding. A ten-minute stroll will take you to some great pubs and restaurants, too! The Stables sitting room is comfortable and warming. An electric fire with a 40” flat screen TV make it a wonderful place to relax. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob & oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and microwave. There is a generous conservatory which lends itself to a romantic meal looking out over the fields with the sea in the background. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and TV. Upstairs has a super king bed with a view out to sea. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower, basin, loo and fitted cabinets. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
