Flat 1 - Avondale House is a fabulous ground-floor apartment which rests in Rhoseniger, Anglesey and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Ground floor apartment, two bedrooms: one double and one twin (zip/link can be made into a king-size bed on request). Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC. Open-concept living area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Central heating powered by electricity. The kitchen hosts a microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee maker are all included. WiFi and TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is street parking available. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The beach is 0.2 miles away, and there is a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. Please keep in mind that check-in begins at 4 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed to sleep two additional guests. Flat 1 - Avondale House is a superb coastal dwelling for a family getaway to Anglesey.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
