The hub of this open plan family space is the sitting room which is on the middle floor.Here you can sink into the sofas, light the log burner, gaze out to the famous Menai Strait and keep tabs on the boats bobbing up and down on this unique waterway. The kitchen is to the side of the sitting room and has a super little dining area and breakfast bar with a big window.Above the sitting room are two double bedrooms with king size beds, one with sliding glass doors opening out onto the terrace. Between the two double bedrooms there is a family bathroom with loo, hand basin and bath with shower over. On the bottom floor are two further bedrooms. One a twin with bunk beds suitable for children 12 years and under. It is painted in bright colours, furnished with bean bags and a TV. PLEASE NOTE: The bunk beds are not normally made up and need to be requested when booking. The final room has a standard double bed. The bed is placed so you can turn your head on your pillow and look out to the water. The lower floor has a compact shower room (restricted height) with a micro bath with a shower over, loo and corner wash basin. There is no place I would rather be than sitting on the balcony or roof terrace with my coffee, watching the oyster-catchers dip in and out of the glistening flecks of the sea against the backdrop of the spectacular Britannia Bridge. You could even arrange for our friends at Rib Ride Boat Trips to pick you up and run you and your guests down to the Gazelle or Dylan's Restaurant in Menai Bridge, before heading off to Puffin Island to watch the seals. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
