This semi-detached house rests in Cemaes Bay, Anglesey and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Old School House is a semi-detached house resting in Cemaes Bay in Anglesey. Hosting three bedrooms; two doubles and a single [trundle bed], along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is a kitchen, a living/dining room with a wood burning stove and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. To the outside, there is a raised rear garden with furniture and a front patio with seating, while off-road parking is available for one car. Old School House is a fantastic property, providing accommodation for a family seaside getaway. Please note: the trundle bed in the property can be made up as a single or double. There are steps down to the rear of the property from the parking spaces, may not be suitable for the elderly. But there is a front entrance which has 2 steps and a gentle incline to the front door. There are no facilities for charging electric vehicles. However, there is a charging point at the Gadlys hotel half a mile away.

Electric central heating and two woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. 3 x Smart TVs, DVDs, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear raised garden with furniture and front patio with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Beach 0.2 miles. Note: There are steps down to the rear of the property from the parking spaces, may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. Please note: the trundle bed in the property is only suitable for children.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
