Neuadd Wen is a detached cottage on the outskirts of Benllech, Anglesey and can sleep nine people in five bedrooms.  The living areas include a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for ten, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove and a conservatory with ample seating. The bedrooms include a super-king-size with TV, three twin rooms (all zip/link) and a single room, served by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden patio with furniture. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, a pub within 0.1, and a beach within 0.9. This property does not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, travel cot, highchair, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in price. Neuadd Wen is a spacious property for a special family getaway, whatever time of year.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
