This superb detached cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Newtyle near Kirriemuir and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Bannatyne Lodge is a wonderful detached cottage situated on the edge of the village of Newtyle, 12 miles from the town of Kirriemuir. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double and a twin, together with a bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a dining room with an electric fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Please note : This property only accepts Saturday check ins, unless discussed prior. Bannatyne Lodge is a superb base for exploring all that there is to see within this part of Scotland.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: This property accepts a maximum of 4 adults only. Please note : This property only accepts Saturday check ins, unless discussed prior.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
