This detached cottage rests on the Mar Lodge Estate near Braemar, Scotland and can sleep fourteen people in seven bedrooms. Claybokie is a large detached cottage resting on the Mar Lodge Estate resting near Braemar in the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland. Hosting five bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin with en-suite bathroom, and two twins, along with two bathrooms and two cloakrooms, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen, utility, dining room, living/dining room with open fire, conservatory and a study. Outside there is a large lawned garden which leads down to the river and off-road parking. Next door to Claybokie is the delightful Garage Cottage which is home to two double bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire, and a utility, sleeping up to four guests and available to be booked in conjunction with Claybokie. Enjoy a wondrous stay with family at Claybokie amidst the stunning scenery of Cairngorms National Park.

Fuel, power and starter pack for two fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Private water supply. Off-road parking outside property. Shared garden with lawn, pond and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4.1 miles. Note: Children are welcome, although it should be noted that there is an ornamental pond and young children should not be left unattended. Note: Two baskets of logs will be provided for the open fire and thereafter £10.00 per basket for further supplies. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: The stag ballroom, grand dining room, library and drawing room at Mar Lodge can be hired separately for private events – please contact the lodge for further details on +44 (0)13397 41276. Note: For larger groups, Garage Cottage 1062344 sleeping four guests, 2 bedrooms can be added to your booking for an additional charge, please call us for further information. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
