Hosting one bedroom with a four-poster king-size bed, along with a bathroom and two sofa beds in the sitting area, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen/diner and a living/dining room, while to the outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking and use of the large Mar Lodge Estate grounds. Braeriach makes a perfect romantic hideaway for two in Scotland.

Shop and pub 4.1 miles. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Electric vehicle charging is available at this property with prior arrangement via donation to NTS. Note: The stag ballroom, grand dining room, library and drawing room at Mar Lodge can be hired separately for private events – please contact the lodge for further details on +44 (0)13397 41276. Note: Dogs are not allowed on beds or any of the furniture, you may like to bring an old towel to wipe muddy paws. Note: Please be aware there is livestock on the estate. Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
