The Salmon Bothy is a pretty, single-storey cottage resting in Cruden Bay, Aberdeenshire and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with oven, grill, hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for six and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedroom consists of a double with en-suite bathroom and two more double bedrooms, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture and a barbecue, as well as off-road parking for three cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Sorry, no smoking is permitted. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub. Please note: Children must be closely supervised near the low-level wall at the front of the property. The Salmon Bothy makes a blissful; escape for a fun family adventure.

Please note - *Young Children* - The Bothy is built above the seashore and and due to Conservation Area planning restrictions there is a low wall along the car parking area. *Children who may stray or climb into areas where there is risk of falling and injury must be supervised at all times*. Please note - *The Log Burner* - There is a child fireguard in storage in the larger back bedroom which is provided for your use. Note: This property does not accept stag/hen/party bookings.
