There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a kitchen and dining area and a sitting room. Outside is a lawned garden to the rear and off road parking for 3 cars. Ptarmigan is a lovely getaway in a quiet location, ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to explore the Scottish highlands.

Short walks possible in the immediate area. Set within the Cairngorms National Park. Please note: access to the property is via an unmade farm track.
